Relations between the Netherlands and the United States

The Netherlands consulate is one of 1689 foreign representations in the United States, one of 24 foreign representations in the city of Salt Lake City and one of 407 Netherlands diplomatic and consular representations located abroad.

In addition to the Netherlands' consulate in Salt Lake City, the Netherlands has 27 other representations in the United States. These representations include an embassy in Washington, D.C. and consulates in Anchorage, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Honolulu, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New Orleans, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland, OR, Raleigh, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle and St. Louis.

The United States has two representations in the Netherlands. These representations include an embassy in The Hague and a consulate general in Amsterdam.
