Relations between Italy and the United States

The Italian consulate is one of 1689 foreign representations in the United States, one of ten foreign representations in the city of Indianapolis and one of 582 Italian diplomatic and consular representations located abroad.

In addition to Italy's consulate in Indianapolis, Italy has 37 other representations in the United States. The United States has seven representations in Italy. These representations include an embassy in Rome and consulates in Florence, Genoa, Milan, Naples, Palermo and Venice.
