Relations between Germany and the United States

The German consulate is one of 1689 foreign representations in the United States, one of ten foreign representations in the city of Indianapolis and one of 551 German diplomatic and consular representations located abroad.

In addition to Germany's consulate in Indianapolis, Germany has 45 other representations in the United States. The United States has seven representations in Germany. These representations include an embassy in Berlin, consulates in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Leipzig and Munich así como an embassy branch office in Bonn.
